There were more birds at Barnes this morning than recently, but it was hardly a fallout-aside from lots of Blackpolls, there was 1 Northern Waterthrush, 1 Cape May, 5 BT Blues, 1 Redstart, 3 Black & White, 4 Ovenbird, a total of 7 species in about 30 minutes. A nice male Rose-breasted Grosbeak was in the boardwalk area.
A brief stop around 7pm was virtually devoid of activity.
