For Antillean Nighthawk, go to Marathon Airport at dusk. For Chuck-will's-widow, you'll hear them between dusk and dawn at any pineland area in Everglades National Park. For the other species on your list, see the TAS weekly rare bird update, located near the top of the BirdBoard page.
