Here's what I think:
The cast, in order of appearance:
#1 TENNESSEE WARBLER; Vermivora bill, pale supercilium, green above, white vent, the whole nine yards.
#2 CAPE MAY WARBLER; pale-edged coverts and yes, that does look like streaks. This one's a 1st winter bird, my guess a female.
#3 YELLOW WARBLER; thick bill, pale edges on tertials. The pale face does suggest 1st year, but the amount of olive/yellow on the back makes me think Northern.
