Recently we've been hearing and seeing the La Sagra's Flycatcher farther north along the paved bike path, quite close to the restaurant. Yesterday (4/14) Devin Bosler (Lancaster, PA) put in a full day and caught up with it near this area: "... actively fly-catching ca. 250 meters S of the Boater's Grill on the bike path. It's the first dogleg on the path coming from the No Name Harbor parking lot. The bird was foraging quite high in the canopy." He was able to get a great digiscoped photo.
Heavy sustained E winds are keeping spring migration in Cape Florida to a minimum.
