This Wednesday, April 14, Jackie Feinberg, National Grassroots Organizer for the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, takes us on a multi-media journey that documents citizen efforts to designate public lands in southern Utah's spectacular canyon country as part of the National Wilderness Preservation System. This presentation, which includes narration by Robert Redford, was made possible through the generous donation of photos, music and words from concerned Utahns who wish to pass this heritage onto future generations and is a must see for anyone wishing to become personally involved in this tremendous American public lands conservation effort.
Membership meetings are open to the public and held at the Doc Thomas House, 5530 Sunset Drive, near Red Road. The doors open at 7:30pm and the show begins at 8pm. Call (305) 667-7337 for more information.
