Bill: Not sure what you mean by the upper in your inquiry about Mangrove Cuckoo, but if you scroll down the TAS postings to April 1st, you will see my report of finding Mangrove and Yellow-billed Cuckoo on Sugarloaf Key last week, and directions to the area where I saw the birds.
No one has posted about relocating the bird, so don't know if it's still around, but suspect it might be. Really good habitat. Good luck, Thor
