Migration was in full swing this week. Hooded Warblers were "trash" birds up here. Hundreds littered the grass at North Beach, East Beach, and the Mulberry Trees. The county's first ever Brown-crested Flycatcher has been around for a couple weeks now. One Golden-winged Warbler has been seen around the ranger's house as well. Prothonotary Warblers are all around the park, too! Hopefully the group coming up here in 2 weeks will get lucky! There's a Great Horned Owl at North Beach with a downy chick, too!
