As of this weekend, there are 3 pairs of Downy WPs nesting at Daggerwing, in the area where the boardwalk passes the walk to the tower, to the north. You can spot them easily, as they are staging loud and frantic fights with Starlings trying to steal the holes.

Also at Green Cay - a pair of N Flickers nesting in tree stumps just outside the back door of the Nature Center.

Both areas provide clear views from a boardwalk.
