Where do you park when you visit the Navy Wells site? I never see anyone parked in the grass there along the road, so I'm leery of doing it. I'm also hesitant to approach the water utility or Dept. of Agriculture lots, as I don't imagine they're friendly to strangers approaching/parking. Thanks!
