I did a quick run-by Cutler Wetlands from about 845 to 900am--saw everything noted but the Stilt Sandpipers. There were more Lesser Black-backed Gulls than I'd ever seen there in a while--at least 2 dozen. A Red-shouldered Hawk also landed in the middle of the marsh...
