No, but I wish it was! Pretty cool to have a Swainson's in winter. Glad you got a photo of it. Alas, mine was but a humble Hermit - standing there doing the classic wing flick and pumping its red tail up & down. I think that it may have been acting tame this past Saturday because the forest floor was completely infested with catbirds and it was in there with them like the Brown Thrashers were at Mahogany Hammock. When I saw it (or possibly another Hermit Thrush...I just assumed that it was the same bird) on February 20 it didn't act tame at all. I see that Judd Patterson also reported seeing a Hermit Thrush on Gumbo Limbo Trail that day. I wish I'd known there was a Swainson's being seen in there - I'd have spent a little more time searching.
