It is an extremely rare bird in winter! There are a couple winter records for Florida, however. I know that there is a winter record for 09-10' for Georgia this season as well.
I submitted my photo along with my field notes to John Boyd for the rare winter birds report. I know Larry Manfredi and David Simpson saw the bird before me as well.
