Finally made it to C-357 and got the Clay-colored, Grasshopper, and White-crowned sparrows within the 1st 100 yds walking the berm at about 0715. I missed my turn for the Leconte's spot but enjoyed exploration of the other areas. I didn't figure out the LeConte's spot (I think) until about 9am and will try another day. Continued to the Chekika picnic area to look for flycatchers and saw 2 W. Kingbirds with one Great-crested FC. Nice day, birds were very active in am.
