You are correct. This has been going on for some time. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Special Agents along with FWC have done a great job in catching a lot of these people. All reports to them of this activity is a great help.
These law breakers catch these birds, and have competition on who's bird sings the best. Sounds silly but true.
