Dependeing on what coast or where in the interior you're staying, my vote is for the canal area just north/east of the now defunct Ocean Boy Shrimp Farm on CR835 south of Clewiston. Some SNKIs will sit on fence posts eating snails there 10 feet from the road and you can use your car as a blind if you have photography in mind.
