I was out this evening around 5 p.m. and saw

Clay colored Sparrow
Painted Bunting Female (4)
Sedge Wren
Loggerhead Shrike (2)
Red Shouldered Hawk
Savannah Sparrow
Common Yellowthroat Male and Female

Markham is an undiscovered jewel.

I have also see

Blue Headed Vireo
Yellow Throated warbler and the usual suspects

The area to find the sparrows is right across from the parking lot of the dog park. You can not miss the bridge. The area where it is located is wide open. This area is fairly new .

I will be out there in the a.m.
