Cutler Wetlands and new yard bird

This morning I did some patch birding at Cutler Wetlands. 3 warblers was a good total (Palm, Common Yellowthroat & Northern Waterthrush) plus a boatload of Savannah Sparrows. Shorebirds were Killdeer, both Yellowlegs (though virtually all were Lesser), Long-billed Dowitcher and Least Sandpiper. Ducks included Mottled, Blue winged & Green-winged Teal, 5 American Wigeon, 3 Shovelers.

Getting home about 10:00, a flock of vultures was tacking north away from me in the strong wind. One didn't seem right, and scanning the flock, I was surprised to see the lead bird-wings pulled in so it appeared oddly shaped- was a Bald Eagle, a first (#124) for my yard list!
