Your description sounds spot on for a Blue-winged.
Yellow head and underparts, white undertail coverts, black eyeline, olive nape and back and blue-gray wings with two white wing bars.
Wally George and Russ Macgregor also found one in Broward on 12/10/03 at TY Park.
