The Black-throated Gray Warbler was in the parking lot of Green Cay Wetlands at around noon with a horde of Pine, Palm, and Yellow-rumped Warblers, Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, and a Yellow-throated Warblers. Other birds of interest here included American Robin, Wilson's Snipe, Sora, Limpkin, and about forty Black-bellied Whistling-Duck.
The Townsend's Warbler failed to show for bath time at the bubbler this afternoon between around 4:10-5:10pm. Persistence is the key!
