I sympathize with ya Paul, but at least you don't have to sit 2307.94 miles away like I do hoping the bird will still be there in January, which might be the earliest I'll be able to look for it! This might make you feel better too: Today was a big day birding in southern CO - I saw a Blue Jay and an Osprey! (and a Kelp Gull on Sunday... but no need to brag)
I hope you find the 'quit and keep it there!!!
