Twenty-eight birders, the majority from out-of-town, joined me (substituting for John Boyd) for today s TAS trip to Everglades National Park. We began at Royal Palm Visitor Center, with additional stops at Hidden Lake Road, Long Pine Key Picnic Area, Mahogany Hammock, Paurotis Pond, Nine Mile Pond, West Lake (the boardwalk there has reopened), Mrazek Pond and the Flamingo Visitor Center before ending our day at Eco Pond. The following were tallied during the day:
