After the Coot Bay CBC, I stopped by. I saw new signs (don't know how long they've been there, I hadn't been back in about a year) states that they're SFWMD Public Use lands. I don't think the fields around the hammock are used for cultivation anymore. It looks like all those fields were taken by the SFWMD.
