Any feeders that are open to the public?

I grew up in Ohio and was so lucky to have numerous nature parks in my city that provided great wildlife opportunities, including "Windows on Wildlife" that were basically bird feeders and baths stocked by the park for people to view behind glass. I was wondering if people knew of any places like this in the South Florida area..... I hope i described what I am looking for well enough.... Thank you so much!
