Doing a bit of patching at Cutler Wetlands, I can add to the above 2 Least Sandpipers, Killdeer, Glossy Ibis, 2 Northern Shovelers, and 10 Cave and 10 Tree Swallows. I was scanning the marsh at times from the little hill across the street, wearing the same jacket and gloves I last used in Barrow, Alaska....
On the way home, I again found the female Hooded Merganser at MDCC, this time in the eastern pond right at the front entrance off Killian Dr. This bird has been in area ponds since at least 12/26, during the Kendall CBC.
