Spotted four female Painted Buntings in the area to the west of the maintainence area.....I dont know if anyone has seen these here before. I was very surprised! Got good looks at Savannah Sparrow,Common Yellowthroat, Roughwinged swallows,Marsh wren. How exciting to be able to recognize and confirm sightings.....maybe I can help next year with CBC? Also stopped by the Target in Davie and got an awesome shot of the Female Canvasback. She wasnt as spooked as the coots or Ringnecked Ducks!
