I know that for the past two breeding seasons, there has been a pair of Oystercatchers nesting on the Snook Islands in Lake Worth. The Snook Islands are a reclamation project created by unused spoil from Peanut Island. They are located on the intercoastal adjacent to the Lake Worth Municipal Golf Course. As far as I know you can walk along the golfcourse near the shoreline. Beware of wayward tee shots though. Good luck.
