Red-footed Booby, 79th St. Cswy, 12/19!

Alex just called to say he found a Red-footed Booby at the 79 St. Cswy from the marina/boat ramp near Pelican Harbor. Alex saw it fly south toward a spoil island where Frigatebirds roost. This would make sense, since Red-footed Booby found in the Tortugas usually roost with Frigates. I'll let Alex fill in the details.
