In preparation for next weeks CBC, I made a quick visit to Easterlin Park and Warber Wetlands(NE21 ave). In two hours bugs were biting and it got hot fast.
Easterlin: One warbler flock with orange crowned, and black throated blue. Great Creasted Flycatcher-1 (uncommon winter resident in N Broward)
Warbler Wetlands: One large mixed warbler-vireo flock of 40 birds including BT Green, Redstart, and Ruby crowned Kinglet
Only two hours 9 warblers species.. The birds are there not always easy to find.
