Where is dump Marsh?

Hi everyone

I'm flying into Miami for one day on Monday 14th. I am staying at South Dadeland.

I guess that's near Dump Marsh and I read there might be a Tropical Kingbird there. Can anyone give me clear directions to Dump and, the kingbird? If its not around perhaps you can tell me where there's a good chance to see some of your Parrots. There are red-faced conures around the hotelv but others would be welcome sights.
