Roxanne and I missed you by an hour or two. We probably had that same immature Bald Eagle. It was certainly not an Aquila-type eagle like a Golden.
We also had a light morph Short-tailed Hawk, a trio of Wood Storks, and a single Lesser Yellowlegs amongst the big flock of Greater Yellowlegs. We missed your Ruddy Ducks -- I'll keep a closer eye out for them next time. A nice morning in the wetlands overall.
