Doug, Can you please describe the bill color of the stationary duck at the southern end? I saw the active one at the "T" intersection Sunday morning ~l0. I'd say it's bill was bright blue; however, not as neon as the Masked Duck first seen by Kevin Sarsfield and David Lysinger. TIA. Jill
