Toe and I watched the sunrise and looked for ducks and loons at Black Point this morning. The only ducks we saw were 6 Red-breasted Mergansers and 5 Lesser Scaup in a flyby. No Loons, hopefully we will see some this year. There were a few shorebirds at the end of the jetty. Least Sandpiper, Semipalmated Plover and Ruddy Turnstone. We had Laughing and Ring-billed Gull; Royal and Forsters Tern; about 500 Cormorants some coots and a few Brown Pelicans.

We also checked Dump Marsh and Cutler wetland but found nothing new except a lot more water.
