Arnie As someone who spends a lot of time in Florida Bay, I wonder if you could ID this common small duck or grebe seen in the bay in the cooler months. I saw about 15 of them today between Key largo and manatee key.
They are normally seen is small groups of two to five or so. When they fly a flash of white can be seen on each wing. They fly faster than I normally run my flats boat, very close to the water.
