Alright just got a call from Toe that he relocated the bird but it turned out to be a Least Flycatcher. He says that the bird has a prominent tear drop eye ring but the bill is wrong for Hammonds, he also had the Least calling. He is seeing Parasitic Jaegers right now as I type this.
