I am a very amateur birder but love it when I get a chance to spend a moment with nature. Today I stopped by Plantation Preserve off Broward Blvd/University Blvd in Plantation with a rapidly setting sun but was able to identify Common Snipe, Blue-winged Teal, Mottled Duck, Common Moorhen, mockingbird and tri-color heron. Just wanted to add a little northern-ish spottings to the list and say how amazed and awed I am with the passion of all the birders I read here every day. Thank you for sharing.
