Looks good for Clapper Rail to me. Would be nice to see a little larger image of the bird, but sure looks like gray on the face and the feather edges on the back. King Rails have something other than gray on the feather edges on the back, anywhere from buff to an orange coloration.
King Rail and Clapper Rail do hybirdize so that could complicate things. So in all reality unless you do a DNA test on the bird how can you be sure.
