Met a friend this morning in Key Largo for some birding but first stopped for about 20 minutes at Dump Marsh. Lots of Coots and Wood Storks. Most of the regulars were there with American Wigeon and N. Harrier my highlights.
Met up in the Keys with my friend and we headed out to Dagny Johnson on Card Sound Rd. Place was very quiet and only had the following:
Pied-Billed Grebe
Broad-Winged Hawk
White-Crowned Pigeon
Mourning Dove
Tree Swallow
Red-Bellied Woodpecker
BG Gnatcatcher
Black and White Warbler
Worm-Eating Warbler
Driving around Key Largo I added the following (many soaring raptors)
Turkey Vulture (abundant)
Black Vulture (only 1)
N. Harrier (3)
Cooper's Hawk (1)
Red-Shouldered Hawk (1)
Broad-Winged Hawk (3)
Short-Tailed Hawk (about 5, all light)
Palm Warbler
Common Myna
Black-Hooded Parakeet
