With all the recent sightings, I went out optimistic this morning. First sight was a Red Shouldered Hawk sitting on a tiny tree in suburban Deerfield - strange place but good views!
Woodmont was DEAD - a few warblers (yellow-throated, palm, Black and White) - but as I was leaving, an adult Bald Eagle flew right over in front of the car! Keep your eye out in the area - don't assume it is an Osprey ;)
