There used to be a family of foxes in the Woodmont Nature Area; I even saw a couple of cubs playing with the mother once. Then one of the cubs got run over on the road next to the WNA, and I have not seen any foxes there since; guess they moved out. This is sad not only for the obvious reason, but also because now there is no natural check against the cats that occasionally show up.
