Yes, Pine Warbler. It's chunky, with yellow eye-arcs, bold white wingbars, and a stocky bill.
Trey, it's not a Blackpoll; the back lacks streaking -- and I think the yellow is mostly limited to the bottom of the feet. Many species of warblers have yellow "soles" to the feet.
