Actually, I didn't go into the stash, but instead celebrated with a recently purchased Schneider Aventinus Weizen Eisbock, a very complex version of the wheat weizen bock that is frozen to increase alcohol content. A reddish amber color with thick tan head, and tastes of wheat, dark fruits, and an alcohol finish. Being unfiltered, it even has "stuff" on the bottom of the bottle. No matter how cold you keep it, it always gives a warm feeling when it goes down.
