My current Painted Bunting population is 4 females and 2 males. I've been watching the feeders all morning because the cold weather means more buntings. 11 am and there on a feeder - my first ever Rose-breasted Grosbeak! And it was a male! It only stayed long enough to take four photos. I hope to see it again. (location: NW of sw 248 st & 187 ave)
