I went to Matheson Hammock to see the Yellow-Bellied Flycatcher. I missed it. There almost all day on Friday. I did see several of the warblers reported, and a Philadelphia Vireo. Birded Lucky Hammock today. Saw pretty much what has already been reported. Larry M invited Me, Rinehard, and his wife to his home where I got my lifer Shiny Cowbird. Thanks to Larry M. and his wife for allowing me to see this bird!!! From Larry's I went to Flamingo where I finally got a decent shot of the Silver-Banded Hairstreak Butterfly. I just love South Florida!
