I'm meeting with Laura Reynolds from TAS on Sunday, so I won't be able to make the fieldtrip. John Ogden has out-of-town visitors, so he's not available either, but thanks for the invite.
Pay really close attention to that grove of mature live oaks south of the stone picnic shelter and restroom. There were lots of warblers and vireos there, and the summer tanager was in that strip of trees between Old Cutler Road and that paved hiking path on the west side of the grove of oaks. Also, that great horned owl was in an Australian pine at the west end of the service road that bisects the southern portion of Matheson Hammock on the west side of Old Cutler. One of the Acadian flycatchers was over in that area too.
Good luck!
