After entering turn left at the stop sign and park in the first spaces on the left. I saw the vireo while looking from the park road towards the hammock in the area of the boardwalk. It was in a single pine that sticks out of the hammock (shelter 3 is behind you towards the east). I finally hit 10 warbler species in the 1 1/4 hour I was there. No marquiz warblers, but nice variety. Also had 2 Baltimore Orioles.
Trey called from Sadowski to say the place is quite active. He had seen Chestnut-sided and Swainson's Warblers, Swainson's Thrush, and a possible Bell's Vireo.
I guess the whining stops here!
