They're roughly 40-45 miles apart, but there's lots of street driving between the two. I guess you COULD if you really wanted to, but I would probably stick with one.
Fort De Soto opens at 7am, while Honeymoon doesn't open until 8 am. You could bird De Soto in the morning, then go to Honeymoon in the afternoon.
