What kind of bird is this???

For several weeks now, we have seen in our backyard in a palm, a bright yellow bird with black ( and maybe some white) wings and a bit of pink ( or peach) on the underside of the neck. We can't figure out what kind of bird this is. It is about the size of a blue jay. Anyone know?
