if you are familiar with oyster bay and have a flat bottom skiff--there is an islet in oyster that is loaded with frigates and usually a male with a show off neck---if you get there early enuff you will witness hundreds of ibises take of for the day---please approach with low rpms due to the large number of dolphin pods----
