Other than Swallow-tailed Kites, I'm not sure that raptors are migrating in numbers at this time.
Although earlier individuals are possible, Broad-wingeds are not expected in significant numbers until late September or early October
Historically, there are very few migrant Broad-winged sightings in central or southern Florida prior to Sept. 15. Of course, north Florida is a different matter. There, it is hard to separate isolated migrant Broad-wingeds from locals.
