I too stopped at Cutler Wetlands today. Although there was not much there (except water), it included a dozen or so Mottled Ducks, 2-3 dozen Moorhens, about 10 Ibis, several other waders, and Cave Swallows.

Keep in mind that bare ag fields are second or third-rate habitat for Upland, Pectoral, etc. They really prefer at least some grass. If conditions are right, and you get lucky, you'll see them in bare fields. Otherwise, no.

I've found it unusual that warblers have been present daily in my neighborhood since late July. Normally, they are pretty spotty here until late August.
